This photo is taken from the tram stop side of Blackhorse Lane overbridge in May 2009 and shows the cleared path of the Railway Park. It presumably is linking up with the ramps leading down to the tram stop to provide step free access. On the right of the picture is another slope that leads up to the stop of the steps to the tram stop and presumably this will be made into stepped access.
